It is an elegant villa on the sea-side, located in Capo Playa with garden (1200 m²). The house (300 m²) offers at the ground floor: wide sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, laundry, double bedroom, 1 bathroom (shower), 2 patios and terrace. At the first floor: two double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1/tub, 1/shower). There are 2 terraces at different levels; from the upper one a wonderful sight on Cefalù's gulf. To reach the nearby beach it is a few minutes walk (800 m).

Cefalù is a picturesque village set between the Tyrrhenian sea, with its wonderful beaches, and the Madonie' great Natural Park. The village is famous for the huge rock dominating it and its Norman Cathedral, architectural masterpiece built under Roger II kingdom (XII century). Cefalù is a strategic base-site to visit the whole Sicily: it is 220 km from Taormina, 160 km from Agrigento and 220 km from Syracuse. The sicilian winter weather is smoothie (medium temperatures go from 10 to 16 degrees); you may pleasantly enjoy our greek-roman antiquities, our unique arab-norman monuments, together with our traditional high culinary art.
