Villa La Castagnola is a new house in the roman countryside, built on the top of a hill with a view on the surrounding landscape., 7 km from the beach and 25 from Rome. The villa has a large garden with swimming pool and patio, a big oven and a private park with typical Italian olive and fruits trees. It is ideal for a comfortable and quiet holiday. The space outside is very large and all private: it is ideal to have lunch or dinner in the large patio near the pool. The villa has 2 floors very large: the first has a very big living room with fire place, one kitchen, 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. You can have lunch or dinner also in a big terrace. The second floor is a little smaller because have a very big terrace: furthermore one livingroom, 3 rooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and another terrace smaller. The first floor has also another exit in a private garden.

ARDEA: is the old city of the Rutuli, very famous in the XIX century because the painters can find the original 'campagna romana'. Nowadays Villa Castagnola near Ardea is a perfect place to visit Rome (30 min. drive tiil the centre of Rome!) and the sea (10 min. drive) staying in a quiet residence with pool, built on the top of a hill with a view on the surrounding landscape. From the villa one can explore the famous Roman chastels area(15 min. drive), enjoy the sea place of Anzio and Nettuno (15 min. drive), or visit easily the famous Zoomarine of Torvaianica (15 min. drive), perfect for family with children. The villa is perfect also to start a visit for some wonderful sea place of the South Italy as Sabaudia, Circeo,Terracina, Sperlonga and Gaeta. You can visit also Pompei or Ercolano (252 km).
