Beautiful stone-built villa (170 m2) situated on the side of a hill (650 m a.s.l.) totally clad with olives and which overlooks and dominates the Spoleto valley and which has extensive and splendid views over the small Medieval hamlets in the surrounding area, which are still perfectly intact as well as the Castle of Campello Alto. Peaceful position even although a secondary road passes by 10 m from the grounds. The villa is surrounded by a well tended grassy area which is completely enclosed (5.000 m2) of which 1.000 m2 is set aside as lawn and equipped garden with barbecue, garden swing, armchairs and tables for outdoor meals either underneath a porch or under a pergola covered with flowers which is opposite the house.
