Photos and Description of this Spello holiday cottage

Shepard's Cottage that preserves the 18th century original characteristic with his structure made in local pink stones. Indoors the building has been re-adapted to host from 4 to 6 persons. It is located at the bottom of mount Subasio bordering with the regional park. The cottage is located 12 km to Assisi, 5 6 km. outside Spello and very close to Collepino castle. In addition the scenery offers a beautiful display of ancient olive trees covering the hillside from Assisi all the way to Spoleto. The guest may also benefit of the swimming pool located in the farm house at Spello. The owners will lead the way to the cottage once the guest have arrived in Spello. Besides the activities in the farmhouse :Visit to the Umbrian art towns: Spello, Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Bevagna, Montefalco etc. (About one hour by car). Typical local food enogastronomic route: there are also the streets of Oil and vine. (Sagrantino, Cantico vine, and PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) olive oil. Visit to Enoteca Properzio in Spello, judged as one of the best wineries in Italy. If applicable,according to season,a charge will be levied on central heating based on meter readings. Minimum stay 3 days (except in High Season where minimum stay is one week)
