Ancient farm estate which dates back to the mid 19th century and which has been transformed into a luxurious country residence set amid 13 ha of grounds which border onto the Roccamomfina Nature Park. The owners produce on their estate an excellent olive oil and one of the best wines of Southern Italy. The villa is situated on the side of a hill (400 m a.s.l.) which faces west over the enchanting bay of Gaeta, to the north the plains crossed by the river Garigliano and dominated by the ancient Abbey of Montecassino and, to the east, the mountain range of the Abruzzi Apennines. Peaceful position. Private garden with swimming-pool (12x6) (15/5-2/10). Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km S. Carlo (food shops), 6 km S. Clemente (various shops), 25 km Formia and Baia Domizia (public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc).
