The garden is sixteen meters long and ten meters wide, where children can run around safely and freely, and play on the grass. The higher grounds to the left of the villa are old Provençal terraces forested with pine trees (including Le Pin de Sace) and with oaks. To the right of the villa, beyond the pool, are the 1.2 hectare main grounds which include typical Provençal stone walls and terraces. A previous owner planted five cypresses which have matured to form a striking and elegant row of trees. The ground can be safely and freely explored by guests and offers space for adventure and games for all ages. In the early summer evenings, a family of wild boars sometimes pass by, beyond the perimeter fence in their search for food and water. The boars can be safely watched from the garden or the pool area. Their noisy passage is always exciting for young and old. To comply with local legislation, a gas fired out-side barbecue is available for safe and hassle free evening barbecues.

The house can be divided into three distinct and separate areas, the left wing, the right wing, separated by the large living and the ground floor area. There are 2 large double beds, 5 single beds and one bunk-bed plus a baby cot.
