Set in a beautiful and panoramic position amid the Chianti hills. Guests have at their disposal (exclusive use) a beautiful garden (2,000 m2) with above-the-ground swimming pool (5 m diametre) and wood burning oven. Parking. DISTANCES: 50 m food shops. 8 km Poggibonsi (various shops). 15 km San Gimignano, 35 km Florence and Siena. Gr. fl.: living room with divan bed, 1t win bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), going up 6 stairs to kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher, barbecue) with fireplace. Reasonably comfortable furniture with some period pieces. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
