Chalet Le Bac is situated in the heart of the Capcir region of the Pyrenees. Formigueres is a typical French mountain village, boasting year-round activities and a good selection of amenities. The chalet is located close to the town centre, with its church square, and shops. This includes a fantastic boulangerie, their %?Cberger%?D bread being the best we%?9ve tasted. We would also recommend the pizzeria (restaurant) and the bar on opposite the church in the centre. Formigueres also boasts its own small, but high class, ski-resort, complete with ski school (for kids and adults alike) and a variety of runs to suit all levels. However its not only the winter months where Formigueres is alive %?3 in summer there are many activites, from hiking to biking, fishing to kite surfing, to keep you busy. This truly is a beautiful place to take a break!

The Client must tell MaxImmo at the time of booking how many guests are going to occupy the chalet. The Client also must provide their name, telephone number (mobile if available), email address and home address in order to confirm the reservation. MaxImmo also reserve the right to ask for the same information from all members of the party. MaxImmo does not allow animals in the Chalet Le Bac. The Chalet le Bac is strictly non smoking. MaxImmo require a damage deposit of 300euros to be paid by bank transfer at least 21 days before the date of arrival. This damage deposit cover any damage or losses occurring to property belonging to MaxImmo during dates of stay of the Client, including but not limited to electronic equipment, bedding, towels, kitchen equipments, floors, walls and furniture in-side and outside of the property. Once it is confirmed during check-out that no damage or loss has occurred the damage deposit will be returned in full within 14 days of departure.

    Once MaxImmo has confirmed availability at Chalet Le Bac for the dates chosen by the Client a booking deposit of 25 of the total price must be paid by the Client within 3 working days. A reservation will be held in the name of the Client for this 3 day period after which Chalet Le Bac will be made available for those dates.
    If a payment is made by bank transfer MaxImmo require a proof of transfer to be sent by email or fax.
    Should the chosen arrival date occur within 21 days of the date of booking we will require 100 of payment.
    Should the client wish to cancel their reservation they must do so in writing by sending an email to infochalet-lebac.com. Our conditions of cancellation are as follows:
    %?2 Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will forgo 50 of the total stay cost
    %?2 Cancellations made between 8 and 20 days of the arrival date will forgo 25 of the total stay cost
    %?2 Cancellations made between 21 and 45 days of the arrival date will forgo 100 percent

  • There are 2 bedrooms: first one with one double bed and a bunk bed, a large wardrobe, and some more tidying up pace. The second room has a double bed and a single bed, and bunch of space for clothe under the roof. All the matelas are new except the single bed.
