Your place of residence 'la Baie de la Mediterranée' is located on the French Riviera between Cannes and St Raphael. At your feet (50 m) a sand beach with restaurants, snack bars, deck chair rental, sail boat and skin diving clubs. You will take advantage of a swimming pool (with security barriers), a beautiful garden and an underground parking lot for your car. On the second floor, please enter in your one-bedroom flat for 4 persons. The bedroom is quiet and cool, thanks to its north orientation. The bathroom is apart from the toilets, a washing machine is at your disposal. In the main room, you will find an open kitchen (fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher) and you will get some rest on a sofa (with an inside bed) while watching TV or DVD's. A large window let you in a 18 sqm terrace with BBQ, shade roller and a breathtaking view of Cannes' Bay, Esterel's mountain and 'la Figueirette' small yacht port. Linen and toilet linen are provided. The housework is included..
