Apartment located between antibes and juan-the-pines in a small very calm residence of seuleument 6 apartments. The kitchen is entirely equipped (microwaves, furnace, dishwasher, lava linen, American Frigo, crockery, toaster,?) and the bathroom has just been entirely remade to nine. The room gives on the terrace and a whole section of wall is devoted to the arrangement (double closet and of many racks) Very near to all the conveniences and the most beautiful beaches of juan-the-pines. The terrace is exposed full south and gives on a pleasant sight on greenery. Place de carpark private right in front of the apartment. Bus stop with less than 50 meters. Cloths are provided. The apartment is located on the commune of Antibes but in extreme cases with Juan-the-pines. Between the district of the Sun king and terraces of Antibes (for the people which knows) It is a very required district because at the same time near to the conveniences while being to the calm one.
