15th century stronghold that dominated over the via Francigena, which was then transformed into a fief outpost of the Vici family. Restructured by the actual owner, who made a holiday residence out of it. About 80 m away are located 2 annexes in which there are 3 apartments. Extensive view. Peaceful position. Each apartment has a private outdoor area. Shared: large lawn, lounge with sofas and fireplace located on the ground floor of the annexe, table-tennis, covered swimming pool (approx. 9x5) in the shape of a "T". On one side of the fortress, in a small house lives a couple who are the caretakers of the property. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 3 km Avigliano (various shops), 4 km the fossil forest of Dunarobba, 15 km Sangemini famous for its spring water, 18 km Todi, 40 km Spoleto.
