On the Côte d'Azur, we live outside!!! This fashionable studio completely renovated is located in a small secure residence. It opens to a large terrace, without face to face. It is a very peaceful place for idleness. We can have breakfast and meals here. After a walk or a swim in the sea, in the near swimming pool, it also allows sharing aperitif, dining with the family or friends. Short walking distance away, on the other side of the avenue, the large natural park of the Villa Aurelienne. A listed site!

Location: Frejus in France

Nearest Motorway: A8 - sortie Fréjus at 3 Kilometres
Nearest Airport: NICE at 45 Kilometres
Nearest Train: St Raphael at 2 Kilometres
Although not so far away from the historical centre of Frejus, from the shops, this studio is however located outside the town centre. Set on the ancient Roman road (Via Aurelia) it benefits from easy access ways in all directions. Immediate access to the centre of Saint Raphael (its parkings and its railway station if you come by train). Bus service if you do not have or do not want to use your car. The sea shore is near without its nuisances (especially nocturnal). Other farther beaches such as Agay, Antheor, St Aygulf are about 20min away. Very near, tennis, golf courses, municipal swimming pool. For the amateurs of bicycles, nice well-known circuits and for nature lovers, the Massifs of Esterel and Maures which are suitable for walking or riding. Easy roads towards Haut Var, Verdon, Mercantour, Italia but also for all the Cote d'Azur, the Iles d'Or , the towns of Cannes, Nice, Monaco or Saint Tropez, Sainte Maxime.

In high season and in season, the rental is in principle for 7 days. It starts from Saturday afternoon (3pm) to the following Saturday (11am). Rates, schedules, availabilities can be adjusted to your request, particularly out of season. Do not hesitate to contact us. In case of absence, the check in and the check-out will be assured by Mr Marche, Coulet square in Saint Raphael (phone number: 04.94.95.65.10). Of course, the rental rate will not be modified or increased. There will not be additional fees for this implementation, to maintain the continuity of the services.

The closing is assured by rolling shutters.
