Chalet designed by an architect, new, high standard, 160 m?, built in 2007. The chalet, Les Covagnets, located at la Frasse, in a quiet area, a 5 min walk from the centre of the village is widely open on a charming environment. It consists of 50 m? of terraces and balconies, a 1500 m? garden. With its double exposition, South and West, its large picture windows, it is bright and light-hearted. Fancy chalet with new equipment. Independent, comfortable living room up to 12 and large fireplace. The dining room opens onto the terrace so as the living. Well-equipped kitchen. 3 out of 4 beautiful bedrooms can be used by couples with a double bed or 2 twin beds, as you want. Upstairs, the large master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower area opens onto a terrace. WC apart. All the bedrooms overlook the garden, the terrace or the balcony. They are very well isolated from each other (no noise). Very high-quality service.
