60 m2 street level apartment, 2 bedrooms, recently refurbished, in quiet neighbourhood, in a blind alley, garden. Fully equipped kitchen with recent dishwasher, washing machine, raclette grill, crab ring pliers. Beds are very comfortable. Our former tenants were fully satisfied and wished they had stayed longer! If you don't believe it, read the log book! Enjoy outside meals, under trees' shade or in the sun's warmth. Enjoy having a walk in winter along the La Baule bay or on the Wild Coast, or warm nights thanks to the cast-iron radiators.

If you want to ride on the numerous bicycle paths, bikes are available. Shops 5 min away. 10 km away from the town of Saint Nazaire and its shopping streets. You can visit the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard where huge ships are built. A 5 min walk will lead you to the Pornichet TGV railway station. Besides, you can park your car alongside the house or in a very quiet street.

There is a cleaning option to choose in advance if you do not wish to do the final cleaning. Prices are indicated on the contract. Apartment for 6 people. However, it is possible for one extra to stay temporarily for a daily fee. A 30 per cent deposit is required at booking and balance is due on your arrival. A 500 euros security deposit is asked on your arrival and is refunded at check-out. The check is not cashed if no damage is recorded.
