It is situated in a beautiful, peaceful and panoramic position (680 m a.s.l.) over the Tiber valley. The house is surrounded by abt. 5 ha of grounds which are both equipped and enclosed and there is a sunken swimming pool (4.5x9) and barbecue. Access to the house along approx. 3 km of dirt track road in fairly good condition. Parking.
