    We accept credit card, cheques and Sepa transfers (Single Euro Payments Area), which enable you to make a payment within the EU as if you were making a national payment. For long stay, booking will be made when the tenant will send back a copy of the booking contract with the amount of the deposit or the down payment of the stay, within 4 days according to the date mentioned on booking, it must be postmarked. In case of the contrary, we will make the property available for possible tenants. The rental will be for the first person who will make a payment. When the dates of booking and arrival are close, the total amount of the booking will be paid the day of the arrival after having established the inventory for long stays.
