Southeast very brilliant, directed apartment with sight on the sea. Furnished and totally equipped possessing a rotating terrace of 30 m2 . In the second floor of a three-storey residence with elevator and cubicle(dock,garage) closed for car. Quiet and raised environment. Residence closed by electric gate(portal). Access to the swimming pool of the residence from the beginning of May to the beginning of October. Apartment completely renewed in September, 2004.
