Ideal villa with all home comforts the Living room has a ceiling fan & overlooks the south facing pool. With a large TV, VCR and DVD player for your evening enjoyment. The south facing pool area has ample sun loungers and chairs for all the family and lanai with a selection of pool equipment for the young. Share the cost with another family/friends. The villa has two en-suites one has a bath and shower. The other has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes to accommodate all your clothes, luggage and golf clubs. The kitchen is fully fitted with all major appliances e.g. large fridge, oven, dish washer and everything else required in a modern kitchen for a family. Two spacious twin bedrooms (sharing the 3rd bathroom; bath and overhead shower) with play station 2 and a selection of games. All bedrooms have a TV. A wonderful location for family reunions and holidays all under one roof. It is an ideal accommodation for up to two families. Centrally located with a wide variety of shops, restaurants golf courses and evening entertainment not to mention the theme parks and other cultural opportunities. Located about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World, 15 minutes from SeaWorld, and 20 minutes from Universal Studios in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida. The resort is a gated community set on 3 lakes. There is a large 13 acre lake and nature trail to explore or fish, spot the vast amount of wild life take in the view and the tranquillity nature lovers will be amazed. Shopping malls a mere 20 minutes drive is a shopper’s paradise with Mall at the Millennium and Florida mall awaiting your arrival. Wide range of restaurants Olive Garden, Red lobsters to name but a few literally on your doorstep together with medieval castle and Arabian nights for your evening entertainment.

Complete with adequate bath towels purchased Spring 2007 Large mirrors with good lights for the models among you. The bathrooms all have more than enough space for you to store all your creams etc.

  • The master bedroom with en-suite has a Queen size comfortable bed purchased Jan 2006. There is a large TV and VCR together with ceiling fan and walk in closet. The second master bedroom has en-suite another queen bed with large wardrobe space and TV. There are two twin bedrooms with adequate space and closet space, both share the third bathroom. Both bedrooms have TV and one has Playstation 2 with some games. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and very quiet. All bedrooms come complete with bed linen and pillows additional bed linen/ blankets are stored in the wardrobes Also available is a cot (please enquire about bed linen).

Notes: At the club house on the resort there is a large pool communal pool with separate Jacuzzi for guest to use free of charge. There is also a pool table and other machine games. Golfers: Our spacious villa is ideally located near all the wonderful top tourist spots and for the golfers the nearest championship course is literally a five minute drive at Falcons Fire. In Kissimmee you are surrounded by a wide range of golf courses to suit all abilities not to mention driving ranges and golf shops. The courses here are beautiful and testing you will be amazed and suit all abilities with spectacular pars and breath taking scenery prices are good and wonderful value from the moment you arrive at the course. So why not take a golfing holiday and indulge.

Relaxing: For a relaxing holiday this is an ideal resort although near all the shops and restaurants its amazingly quiet and tranquil there is a lovely nature trail on the resort where you can wonder and view the different wild life including cranes sometimes you may see them walk right by the villa. Sit and relax by the large lake and watch the sun go down or lounge on the sun lounges and take in some sun until it goes down. For the joggers and walkers the peacefulness will just blow you away. Once you have finished the activities sit or lie on one of the loungers and reflect on your day

Other Activities: Gym situated in the resort club house, bar, childrens play area, picnic area, jogging track and volleyball.

First time we stayed in a villa very clean big enough for our family ,kids really enjoyed the swimming pool ! conveient for Good old Asda or Wal-mart as it is called in the usa ! owners very nice even rang us a couple of times to check everything was ok , such nice people we have booked again !!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

great time in Kissimee

We had a wonderful time in this prestigious house!
Very comfortable for a family of 6!
Very close to the attractions 10 to 15mn drive, Disney adentures park, shopping malls. Walmart is 2mn away by car, can also go by foot, 10mn!

The owner called to verify that everything was ok, gave us good tips, great service!

We will go definetely go back soon

Big thank you for your rental of this lovely villa we all had a great time location was ideal near everthing inculding falcons fire terrific golf course for me and wal mart for the wife kids loved the pool and theme parks shops was just another added bonus for them. First time we had stayed in a villa and now we have been spoilt and are saving for our next trip. Very clean and just like being at home except everything is bigger and you have the climate and can live the american dream

Booking process great owner kept us up to date with everything she was doing and we loved getting all her info have now told our friends who will be joining us next time
