VILLA PALMERAS, a spacious family villa, sleeps 6, in Moraira, Costa Blanca. Situated on a hillside in the exclusive Benemeit area with panoramic sea and mountain views down to the beautiful seaside town of Moraira which is only 5 minutes away. Villa Palmeras, built in the traditional Spanish style, is very well equipped and maintained and is very popular with families. The villa is all on one level with 4 steps down to a fabulous spacious terrace, ideal for outside dining and sunbathing, a private swimming pool with Roman steps for easy access and a poolside shower. The villa enjoys all day sun and there is also a covered naya and umbrellas to provide shade, there is also a BBQ. This is a really comfortable, well equipped and cared for family villa and exceptionally good value for this lovely part of the Costa Blanca. To ensure you have a carefree holiday our villa is managed by our local agent who will meet you on arrival and are available should you need them during your stay.

The villa is in a lovely area a short drive from Moraira town centre with its fishing harbour, marina and superb selection of street cafes, bars and restaurants. The larger towns of Javea, Denia, Calpe and Altea are all within a 20 minute drive or equally there are some stunning mountain drives and scenery in the region such as Jalon. For a great day out visit the theme parks of Benidorm a 30 minute drive whilst Valencia and Alicante are just an hour away offering great shopping and culture. Quite simply, Moraira is now the most exclusive and pleasant place to stay whilst on holiday on the Costa Blanca. It still has the charm of a small picturesque fishing town nestled between mountains and vineyards but at the same time has grown to offer almost everything to everyone that stays here. Moraira offers a huge variety of restaurants and bars to cater for every taste and budget. There is a wide variety of entertainment nearby to suit all ages, including golf, go-karting, amusements

Notes: The inside of the villa and the terrace/pool area are completely flat with only 4 steps at the front door, which is fairly rare in Moraira. Outside there is a poolside shower and a laundry room/pool changing room with washing machine and another fridge for cool drinks on the terrace. There is also a table tennis table for your enjoyment. The comfortable lounge and dining area has TV, DVD player with a good choice of DVDs and CD/radio player as well as a selection of books and games. There is also a separate breakfast room to admire the lovely sea views. Price includes all linen, hand and bath towels and the villa is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before all new arrivals. A welcome basket is also provided.

Great Choice of Restaurants & Amenities: There is a very wide selection of bars and restaurants of all types in Moraira and the surrounding area, including eight with Michelin stars. Moraira also has plenty of sports amenities, including water sports on the beach, a golf course, go-karting track and tennis courts, all within 5 minutes of the villa. There are also several excellent championship golf courses, including La Sella, less than 45 minutes away.

We want to thank you so much for the use of Villa Palmeras for our vacation. The villa was more than expected - very clean, well-kept, well-equipped, very comfortable. It soon became our 'home' - we didn't want to leave and could have easily stayed another week....next time! (SD - Canada)

Villa Palmeras exceeded our expectations, with everything we could possibly require in place. We absolutely loved the outdoor space and our family had a lot of fun in the pool and made good use of the table tennis.
