Spacious lawn on one side and equipped terrace (approx. 70 m2). Access and parking shared with the owner's villa abt. 50 m. away. Internet access. DISTANCES: abt. 1.5 km the town of Ficulle (food shops), 25 km Orvieto, 30 km Città della Pieve, 45 km the famous Civita di Bagnoregio called "the dying city", 45 km Bolsena and its lake and the important Etruscan area all around (Sovana, Pitigliano). Gr. fl.: (one-room apt.) living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner, double divan bed 1 single bed and access onto the terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Wi-fi connection (Euro 10/week) Central heating. Baby-bed available.
