In the Périgord Vert 9 miles from the A89 exit and from a SNCF station: the historic town of Périgord is 19 miles away. The house is situated in a hamlet near the forest and hiking trails. Its central position in the Dordogne affords the opportunity to visit all the main tourist sites in all directions: Périgueux, the chateaux of Bourdeilles, Puyguilhem, Hautefort, the towns of Brantome, Saint Jean de Côle, Bergerac, Sarlat, the valleys of la Vézère, of the Dordogne with its chateaux and grottos and also the pleasant and quiet valley of the Dronne where you can enjoy the pleasures of canoeing and kayaking. If you want to swim you can choose between swimming pools, the river or the site developed by the local council of La Jemaye.
