The chalet is close to all the amenities off the road between Verchaix and Samoens walking distance from the swimming lake, Zip wire, horse riding, white water rafting, tennis courts, minigolf, mountain climbing, walking and mountain bike trails. As it is so close to the leisure park it is not quiet during the day in July and August only. Cars (50kmhr) pass the chalet on their way to the tourist sights. The tourist office at only 100 metres away - for hiring tennis courts. Licences to fish are available from the Morillon office. A bakery with fresh bread and croissants is just 100 metres from the chalet. Excellent restaurant less than 5 minutes walk. The chalet is just 1 km from the cable car, and 100m from the ski bus stop into the grand massif ski circuit, making it ideal for winter holidays. Because it is on the main road - you are never snowed in and can get up to the slopes for the new snow - whereas other chalets off the main road, have to wait for the road to be cleared.
