Welcome to our new-built holiday house for 8-10 people which is ideal for families with children. It lies in the suburb area of Siófok called Szabadi, but the city centre is within 5 minute reach by car. You can park in the closed parking spots within the garden. In the nice garden you can find garden furniture, grill and a sunbathing terrace opening from the house. Next to house one can use a 11 x 4 m with a depth of 1.35 m-1.65m. The house is air-conditioned. The house contains a kitchen with coffee maker, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave; 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms either with bathtub or with shower, a living room with TV set. The size of the house is 150 square meters. The house was finished in 2003. The situation of the house and surroundings: Balatonszabadi lies approximately 5000 m away from the city centre of Siófok and 3500m from Lake Balaton and the beach. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the centre of the city.

The flat is situated directly in the city centre. Grocery stores, banks and shops are within meters.

  • Rate/day/house for max 8 people, 2 extra beds possible: Euro 10/day/bed, our rates include from 1.5.-24.9.: the usage of water, gas, electricity, kitchen, bed linen, final cleaning, parking, from 24.9. gas is extra because of heating, city tax is also not included: Euro 1/day/adult, extra bed: Euro 10/day/person, the house must be rented from Saturday to Saturday, by booking 30% deposit must be paid via bank transfer. This sum is paid back only before June when reservation is cancelled. We do not pay the transfer costs, we take €300 security deposit for loss of keys and damages, arrival from 2 pm. Departure till 10am, no towels.

Als Familie mit 3 Kindern (10 J., 7 J., 1 J.) haben wir im Haus Kun einen wunderbaren Urlaub erlebt.
Das Haus ist wunderschön. Für die Kinder sind sowohl im Garten des Hauses wie auch im ca 30 m entfernten Spielplatz super Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Natürlich nur für die Zeit, in denen nicht der Pool im Mittelpunkt steht.
Auch im Haus ist genügend Platz für alle und mit Fernseher und DVD-Player auch die Möglichkeit mal schlechteres Wetter zu überbrücken.
Im Ort haben wir uns jeden Morgen unsere Frühstückssemmeln geholt. Größere Besorgungen haben wir im nahen Siofok erledigt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sprechen hervorragend Deutsch. Sie haben uns auch super Tips für den Urlaub gegeben.
Wir werden gern wieder kommen.

Super Urlaub

Wir sind eine große Familie mit 8 Personen. Nach langem Suchen haben wir uns aufgrund der schönen Bilder im Internet für dieses Haus entschieden. Und wir haben es nicht bereut: alles war so wie im Angebot beschrieben, viel Platz, gute und saubere Einrichtung und als Krönung der große Pool.
Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht und können dieses Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren 5 junge Leute (alle um die 23 Jahre) und fanden den Urlaub super schön!!! Das Haus war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Genug Platz um sich auch mal nicht sehen zu müssen :-). Fast jedes Zimmer hatte ein eigenes WC/Dusche. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und das Frühstücken am großen Esszimmertisch hat immer sehr viel Spaß gemacht. Abends konnte man im großen Wohnzimmerbereich sowohl Ungarisches als auch Deutsches Fernsehen gucken. DVD-Player war vorhanden. Die Terrasse, der Pool und der Garten rund um das Haus waren sehr groß und sehr gepflegt! Spielmöglichkeiten für Kids vorhanden. Parkmöglichkeiten für zwei Autos im Hof. Das Stadt-Zentrum von Siofok sowie der See waren mit dem Auto in ca. 15 min. zu erreichen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns jede Menge nützliche Tipps gegeben sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten oder gute Restaurants vorgeschlagen.
Fazit: Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren und das tolle Haus und die Ungarische Atmosphäre genießen!!!

Unsere Familien hatten wunderbare Ferien in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Tips vom Vermierter waren sehr nützlich. Ebenfalls die Ausgeh-Tips waren ein Volltreffer.Ungarn ist jederzeit eine Reise wert.

Wir waren im Sommer 2008 in diesem Ferienhaus und total begeistert. Bei dem Pool braucht man den balaton nur noch für die Aussicht. Das Haus ist super wenn man mit mehreren Pärchen Urlaub machen will, weil es viele Zimmer und Bäder hat . Der Platz auf der Tearrasse ist für 10 Mann ausreichend und ein Grill ist sowieso dabei. Echt absolut zu empfehlen eben
