This lovely new remodelled apartment is on the fourth floor with 'elevator' and balcony overlooking the Port of Nice and the Alps. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with twin beds & 1 with double bed). Bed & bathroom linen are provided. Furthermore there is a living room and a kitchen (new appliances, dishwasher, washer, electric oven & stove). The bathroom is with shower. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated.

Nearest Train: Nice Riquier at 1 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: Autoroute 7 at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 1.0 Kilometres

The apartment is located by the 'Port of Nice' in the heart of the city. Just stroll along 'Promenade Des Anglais’ and you will find many 'public' and 'private' beaches. You must visit the 'Old Nice' and the flower market on the 'Cours Saleya', enjoy the traditional 'Cuisine Nicoise'. Finally 'shop' on 'The Place Massena' and visit the 'Modern Art Museum', 'Chagall' museum and many more. You are 10 km from Villefranche, a lovely port, with sandy beaches. Five more km and you are in 'Monte Carlo' famous for its casinos and night life. Public Transportation is very 'accommodating' with a new 'tramway', a few minutes away from the apartment, bus stops 50 meters from the apartments, going in all directions. The cost of using the 'bus' system is 'incredibly inexpensive' the cost is 1 EUR (for example, Monte Carlo, Monaco, Villefranche, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence etc.) 'Public Parking' all along the 'Port of Nice', 100 meters from apartment very convenient!

Dieses Apartment ist sauber, komplett eingerichtet, besonders
die Küchenausstattung enthält alles , was man im Urlaub braucht.
Gute Organisation bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Lage
des Apartments ist ziemlich zentral gelegen, hat eine gute
Verkehrsanbindung.In Strandnähe: 15 Minuten zu laufen,
Platz Massena, Marche fleur sind nicht weit entfernt.
Ebenso Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in unmittelnarer Nähe.
Wir waren schon mehrmals dort, und können es nur weiter
empfehlen.
