Beautiful, old villa (approx. 500 m2) of medieval origins in the hills within the immediate vicinity of Arezzo. The recent restoration, carried out with respect for its original structure, has transformed the villa into a comfortable but functional holiday home. The villa is situated in a pleasant and peaceful position and in front of it stretches out an extensive, equipped lawn from which you access the swimming pool (8x16) (open 9.30 a.m. - 7.30 p.m.). Access along 500 m of dirt track road. The caretakers live on the backside of the villa. Possibility of domestic help and a cook for lunches and dinners. 3 hours/day of domestic help for reorganization of the bedrooms and bathrooms (from Monday to Friday) are included. Possibility of breakfast service on request. It is possible to have breakfast (5 Euro/person). DISTANCES: 7 km Arezzo (all kinds of shops),3 km grocery shops, 60 km Siena, 70km Florence. Gr. fl.: spacious entrance hall, dining room, game room (TV), kitchen with access to the outside (oven, freezer, dishwasher), from the entrance hall you enter, by means of a few stairs, a study/living room which is also a passageway that leads to 1 double bedroom and, by going down a few stairs, to 1 bathroom with shower; spacious bathroom area with 3 washbasins and 3 WC rooms. 1st fl.: spacious lounge with sitting area (TV), fireplace and study area which enters onto an equipped terrace, smaller lounge in passageway with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 double bedroom (bed width 1.40 m), 1 bathroom with shower. 2nd fl. (attic): large suite with study area, double divan bed and 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, living room/study with double divan bed from which you enter 1 large double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture with period pieces. All of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor have air conditioning. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
