Gite converted in a resting house, where you can accommodate 1 to 15 people, with babies (equipment provided) and/or animals. Two floors in the same building (115m2 in total), each one with its own access and connected with each other by an outside staircase, because the house leans back on a rocky hill, like many others in Vienna. Downstairs, there is a raised ground floor with view of a small courtyard with flowers, nicely fresh in summer, isolated from the road by a low wall. You can enjoy a small garden perched in the rocks where you can have picnic, take an aperitif or bask in the sun in the after-noon as there are no neighbours. You can put the 2-wheeled vehicles in the cellar and the large pavement at the foot of your house enables you to park your car without a problem. Also, 10-12 min away, in the town centre, there is a secured pay parking. Additionally, the renter lives on site, and ready to help you, give you information or do a service for you: it will be a pleasure!

For a rental of more than 2 weeks, the total amount is digressive and the balance is to be paid at your arrival; in that case, a security deposit cheque is required and can be used as receipt, refunded on the first week after the departure of the tenant. If the tenant wishes, he can take his own linen; Otherwise he has the possibility to rent it (sheets, pillowcases) for 4 Euros per bed (big or small) and per stay (1 week max.), as well as towels, table and tea towels for 8 Euros per week for 2 people.   • Downstairs there is a small shower room with a shower closed by curtain (tub of 80 cm each side), a washbasin with mirror enlightened by a halogen lamp; WC is in this area. At the top, 1 shower room, bigger, recently converted, has a cubicle shower (90cm each side) with massage blast and a seat, a washbasin, a washing machine and a condensing boiler supplying the radiators, brand new as well, in water. In both shower rooms there are hooks, storage shelves, baskets for storage of small objects, mirrors, hair-dryer, a basket for dirty clothes, an iron and an ironing board are also provided. At the top, the WC is independent from the shower room and from the rest of the house. Each one of the shower rooms has its own window: at the top, it has views of the small garden, downstairs-of the road, but 4m above the pavement level, although it has an open outlook.

  • Downstairs 2 rooms open to a corridor by curtains leading to the shower room: one with a big bed, the other one with a small bed and a sofa-bed. The windows have view of the road, but 3 or 4m above the street; at the top, in the attic (where 14 meters of the surface -18m2- are less than 1.80m under the ceiling). 2 self-contained bedrooms have 1 big bed each one, the big room which is a dining and sitting room as well as kitchen corner, also has 2 simple beds that can be isolated by pieces of tissue creating a kind of "supplementary bedroom". In addition to the charm of its interior with wood-panelled beamed ceilings, the room is quite bright: with 2 big picture windows with view of the neighbouring roofs. At the road side, the windows are egg-shaped, with view of the garden. Light furniture and according to your needs, you can easily change the interior fittings. Supplementary beds include 4 mattresses and a small low armless easy chair.

Notes: On each floor: a kitchen with a sink, a big refrigerator (a washing machine and the boiler downstairs), a four burner gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, electric coffee machine kettle and a toaster. Tables and chairs in good quantity. Saucepans, frying pans, salad bowls, different containers, cutlery, deep fryer and other kitchenware (spatulas, corkscrew, skimming ladle, potato masher, salad spinner, jugs, table mat, bins, bowls, bread basket, cutting board, grater, garlic masher, big knives etc...); Television, bedside lamps and other lighting. Finally, a cot, a bathtub for babies and infants, a pot, one high chair,-games for children. The courtyard and the small garden, always full of flowers, are very nice places, especially in summer during the hot season because they do not have very strong sun nor during a lot of time. The presence of the tenant enables finding solutions to small problems: missing objects, extensions cords, animals in the house...
