Charming house near the centre, with a beautiful view of the mountains and surrounded with a green haven. Holidays will pass taking advantage of refreshing baths of the pool facing St Julien, meals in the shade of the vine arbour, picking of the orchard's fruits (cherries, apricots, raspberries, apples...), naps in the shade of the fig tree or sunbathing around the pool (completely secure ideal for children who do not know how to swim) real quiet holidays!

  • Prices varies depending on the lenght of rental.
  • Damage deposit : 500 €
  • Advance payment : 30% of the rental price.
  • Same rates no matter the number of people: 6 adults maximum. The air-conditioning has to be paid in extra (meter statement) but is not indispensable since the house remains fresh. Heating is not included. The rate is digressive for 2 and 3 weeks. The cleaning has to be paid in extra (90 Euros) as well as the provision of linen: sheets, towels, tablecloths (70 Euros). You have to pay a 500 Euros security deposit which will be refunded in 7 days, after the inventory and statement of state of repair at the departure. Payment: A 30 Euros deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be paid upon arrival.

Large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 200 with small immaculate bathroom. Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 x 200. All bedrooms have a good light, the floor is in terra cotta, ceilings are high with beams (except Bedroom 1 with plaster ceiling).
