Pretty, cozy country house in stone, recently restored and enlarged, characterized by original structure which has been built on a huge mass of granite. An able restoration carried out with good taste by the current owners has rendered this ambiance an excellent place to spend a vacation. The house is composed of two apartments only: the larger one, reserved for the owners, and the other, a pleasant and sunny one-roomed apartment overlooking an equipped terrace and garden of approx. 800 m2 exclusively at the guests disposal. Wide-ranging views over the valley and ancient hamlet of Bassano in Teverina may be enjoyed from both the house and garden. Wide-ranging, panoramic views. DISTANCES: The village of Bassano in Teverina, with all kinds of shops, is at a walking distance of about 250 m; by car it is 2.6 km away. The Orte highway tollgate of the Autostrada del Sole is about 10 km away, in order to conveniently reach Rome, at a distance of approx. 70 km. For those who do not wish to use their car, there is also a railroad station in Orte which allows you to reach the centre of the capital by train in about an hour. Amelia, Narni, and Viterbo are only 20 km away, 30 km beautiful Lake Bolsena surrounded by places where it is possible to visit ancient ruins that bear witness to the mysterious world of the Etruscans.
