La macina is a luxurious farm surrounded by green, located in a beautiful, romantic and desolated valley made up of Calanchi. The property is in the midst of 50 hectares private estate and this position insures peace and isolation from any noise. The view is amazing: hillsides, pastures and the marvellous Calanchi Valley. Civita di Bagnoregio, the historic and scenic small nearest village (8 km far away) is an enchanted place where time seems to have stopped. The complete absence of progress makes the atmosphere even more unreal. La macina is strategically located between Orvieto and Viterbo at the borders of Latium, Tuscany and Umbria. You can easily reach ancient cities of the Etruscan civilization like Tarquinia. Orvieto (20 km), Viterbo (20 km), Todi, Assisi and Perugia are also very near by. You can also enjoy the Bolsena's lake (14 km). Rome is just one hour driving and Siena one hour and half.

Notes: The furnishing is constantly and carefully selected by the owner, everything is in a typical Italian country style and in perfect conditions. The apartment has an equipped big kitchen with fireplace and dining table. A glass door, facing the private garden, leads from the kitchen to a nice porch where are located barbecue, table and chairs. The garden around is decorated with terracotta vases and flowerpots. On the ground floor there are also one double bedroom and a big bathroom. In the bright leaving room, with the main entrance, stairs leads to the first floor. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one bathroom and a beautiful sun terrace. More photos are available upon request.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage und tollem Pool. Blitz-blank sauber, geräumige und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, viel Platz auch für große Familien. In der Küche ist alles perfekt ausgestattet. Die Vermieter Beatrice und Vittorio sind jederzeit hilfsbereit und superfreundlich. Ein Domizil zum Wohlfühlen in günstiger Lage um Besichtigungstouren im Grenzgebiet Toskana-Umbrien-Latium vorzunehmen. Das Erdgeschoss mit Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer und einem Schlafzimmer ist übrigens rollstuhlgerecht.
