The farmhouse is characterised by a particularly broad and relaxing view of the surrounding valleys and hills and which reaches as far as Gubbio, the large green outdoor areas that surround the house and the absolute peace and quiet that it offers. The house is surrounded by lawn areas, a very large panoramic terrace (220 m2) where you can bask in the sun, a covered and equipped terrace (15x3) and a natural meadow (approx. 5,000 m2) at the beginning of which you will find the swimming pool (13x6) (15/5-30/9). The property (45 ha) offers the possibility of going for pleasant walks.
