On hillside in the middle of nature without neighbours and face to face, large garden (5000 sqm), lawn and centenary trees. Ground floor: equipped kitchen, dinning/living room with large chimney, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with picture window of countryside), 1 WC, billiard room, office area. Upstairs mezzanine, library overlooking lounge, 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room with WC. Outside: kitchen (board and electric grill), summer dinning room overlooking lawn, teak furniture, to live outside from morning to evening. Below the garden: secure pool (barrier and alarm) 9x4, Roman staircase, large south-facing tiled terraces, palm tree and pigeon house for shadowed rest area, teak garden furniture, view of valley and small lake.
