The picturesque village of Saint Angel is located on the Way of St. James, between Clermont and Bordeaux. It is located in the middle of wonderful forests and stunning settings. Three lakes in the area: Neuvic, Ussel and Meymac where you can go swimming, canoeing. There are playgrounds and pedal boats available. Hunting and fishing, 2 golf courses. Sightseeing: Ussel and its historical city centre, with the Ducal House of the Ventadour, the Plateau de Millevaches, Bort les Orgues and the open view on the Orgues volcano, the Château de Val, the Dordogne gorges, and the Cantal mountains. Do not forget to visit also the Gallo-Roman ruins in Les Cars and the Tourbière du Longeyroux . Skiing in Le Puy de Sansy. Water cure in the nearby Auvergne, Vichy, Evaux les Bains.
