Photos and Description of this Arzal holiday house

Magnificent house 100 metres from the sea and shops, bright and comfortable with all the mod-cons. Two storeys, facing south, east and west. Large living room (60m2) with a beautiful fireplace + large kitchen/diner (30m2) with fantastic Lacanche gas cooker, prettily decorated and opening directly onto a large Etruscan stone patio with teak furniture. There are 5 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin and 3 singles (2 extra single beds can be provided). The house has room for lots of people, but we prefer not to rent to more than 9 at a time. Behind the house there is a sheltered area where you can store bikes or other equipment away from the rain. There is a pretty, enclosed garden with flowers and two lots of garden furniture (1 on the terrace and another in the middle of the garden).

Location: Arzal in France

A couple of miles from Piriac, which can be reached by bike, 5 miles from Guerande and 6 or 7 miles from La Baule. The nearest airport is Nantes. There is a TGV train station in Baule with lots of links inc. Paris-La Baule in 3 hours. The salty waters of Mesquer Quimiac are just 400-500 metres from the house (we recommend the footpaths).

  • The bathroom has a bath, sink, shower (with curtain) and a beautiful mirror. There is a shower in the utility room (on the ground floor, with a separate entrance so the little ones can come in and take a shower without treading sand through the house). The shower is new and in perfect condition with a partition and curtain. Towel rail and bath mat. This room is also linked to the rest of the house by a second door. There is a separate WC by the entrance hall and another upstairs next to the bathroom. The house was recently built and the fittings are new.

  • including - 1 Double Bed, 5 Single Beds
  • There is a large bedroom with a double bed (180x140cm) and 2 windows. The twin room and one single room have one large window. An extra single bed can be added to this single room. Another single room is very large with a large window and an antique bed. 2 extra single beds can be placed in here. The final single room is small with a large window which opens onto a beautiful, good-sized balcony. All beds are provided with cover, pillow, bolster and new duvets. Each room has a chest of drawers.
