Located in a 17th century building, this 2 -room 35 square meters apartment has charm, all convenience inside and outside. On the ground floor, you will not need to climb stairs. The courtyard is charming and bright. the apartment is South oriented.
In the courtyard, the apartment is very quiet while the district is trendy, lively, with shops, restaurants, markets, movie theaters, park, museums, swimming pool even a 24h post office at the corner.
Inside the apartment is decorated with taste. you have a real bedroom with a real bed, nice mattress. A real bathroom with bathtub and shower, washer and dryer, hair dryer. Separated toilets.
the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you are thinking of for a large surface.
