This new built house is situated in Alcudia area. The flat has 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and terrace and private parking. The area where is situated is only about 3 km from Alcudia old town and very near from all the amenities in Puerto Alcudia. From the beach there are only 100 m and just in the back side of the house there is the Lago Esperanza. The supermarket and the bus stop are so close, too. Because of this, it is not necessary to rent a car.

It is one of the most important tourist destinations in the Balearic Islands. In Alcudia you can find the recovery that you need in your holidays and at the same time the area offers you a very important number of bars, discos, restaurants, theatres, shops, etc. Alcudia is ideal also for families with children because the beach is very clean and not so deep.

Excellent house,well laid out and nice and clean. Only one thing we were concerned about was the stairs. A bannister on the wall would make it safer to use. Otherwise everything was in order. The Eroski supermarket nearby was very good value. Very good!

Wir sind mit der angemieteten Wohnung sehr zufrieden gewesen. Die Übergabe erfolgte reibungslos, auch der Kontakt während des Urlaubs war ohne Probleme.

Positive Kriterien: Strandnähe, nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mehrere Duschen und WCs (!), großer Wohnraum, eine schöne Frontterasse, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und Waschmaschine, spanische Nachbarn. Die Angaben zur Wohnung entsprachen voll und ganz der Wahrheit, der Zustand der Wohnung war top.

Einziges kleines Manko: Sitzgelegenheiten zum Essen sind eigentlich nur auf 4 Personen ausgerichtet, da wir zu fünft waren, mussten improvisiert werden - was aber ohne ein großes Problem möglich war.,

Ein Auto ist zwar für Urlauber, die einen Strandurlaub machen wollen nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber um Mallorca zu erkunden sehr hilfreich.

Für uns steht fest: Wenn wieder ein Urlaub in der Gegend ansteht, dann kommt dieses Quartier wieder in Frage!!
