This 5 star villa on the water is in Veryrier-du-lac. Very good quality, sleeps 8, within a 2000m2 park where beautiful plants have been tastefully cultivated. Take refuge in this little piece of paradise where lake and mountains meet. The area around this house is a real treasure. A boat is available to rent if you wish. The villa is on two levels within one storey and the furniture has been chosen from among the great designers - you will be transported into a magical world. The living room boasts a fireplace and exposed beams, the dining room leads onto a terrace overlooking the lake. There is a games room with a video player which will entertain old and young alike. Finally, there is a 2nd 150m2 south-facing terrace where you can sunbath and enjoy the company of friends or family in the Jacuzzi (room for 5).

Our villa is 10 minutes from the centre of Annecy, the old town and its shops. It is 9 miles from Annecy airport, 30 miles from Geneva-Cointrin airport and 90 miles from Lyon Satolas airport. The water front location of the villa on the "sunny side" of the lake makes this an exceptional property. The region is a World Heritage site of outstanding natural beauty and has a rich heritage. You will fall instantly in love with the old town nicknamed The Venice of the Alps, as well as the lake and the labyrinth of the mountains. A paradise for fans of nature, open spaces and sport, all of which is outside the villa's front door. Last but not least the renowned Annecy Lake which is the region's high point, but there are also other good spots mentioned in the Michelin guide such as Eridan de Marc Veyrat hostel in Veyrier-du-Lac or Pere Bise hostel in the splendid Baie de Talloires.
