A MAGNIFICIENT VILLA, IN A MAGNIFICIENT PLACE. Welcome in my home. This20year, for your holiday, we advise you to rent a furnished superb villa located on the French Riviera, in Hyères. This provençal villa is located in a private estate, in the heart of the city of HYERES (Var). This estate is an exclusive, very peaceful area. Hyeres is a lively city with typical mediterranean charm, it is famous for its avenues filled with palm trees. The house is spacious, bright and it has been newly refurbished with refined furniture and a new kitchen. There is a vast open livingdining area. It opens onto a south-facing terrace garden, and another terrace with a big outdoor table to eat outside. Last but not least, right by the house, there is a nice swimming pool. The Villa is 10 minutes away from the beautiful mediterranean coast, with pine forests ,mimosas and scenic views. Close to it, you can enjoy numerous sandy beaches, lovely and picturesque local islands which are world-famous.

The Almanarre Beach is an international place for practicing windsurfing and kitesurfing. Usually the rent will be 2 weeks per 2 weeks in July and August only. This lease is subject to customary conditions and particularly following the parties undertake to carry out faithfully (resolutives clauses in case of default) : - For the owner, issue a housing conforms to the standards of habitability and description of the front, free from any defect that might prohibit normal use. - For the tenant, occupying the premises peacefully, respecting the rules of condominiums, maintain the leased premises and made in good state of cleanliness and repair rental, without changing the provision of furniture, insurance covering the rental risks and remedies neighbors. Language of contract: These terms of the seasonal lease are established in French. If a foreign version is established, it is always the French version which will prevail on the foreign version in caase of conflict or difficulties of interpretation. This is the French law that applies to this contract.

    30 as a deposit paid to the owner before the arrival, the day of the reservation. We give receipt.
    70 remain are paid at the latest 30 days before at when taking possession of the house.
    The inventory and report of fixtures will be made the day of the taking possession of the places.

    DEPOSIT : The tenant cash pay to the owner at the time of the arrival the sum of euros 1 500 refundable deposit.

    ENACTING CLAUSE :Without payment to the fixed deadlines or breach of one of the terms of this commitment, and five days in total after a notice by certified mail which remained unsuccessful, this contract will be immediately terminated and the lessor (the owner who rent the house) can claim the article 1590 of the French civil code to keep the deposit paid for the first damages.
