Its Mediterranean garden, covered or shaded terraces, 3 bedrooms opening to a solarium, dominating and unobstructed view of the small medieval town of Lodève and the surrounding hills, typical of Haut -Languedoc, and paved fairways leading to the swimming pool will welcome you for very pleasant and relaxing holidays. Its covered 9mx4,5m swimming pool is secure and protected from every view. A sunroof (45 of its length can be opened) guarantees you a water temperature of 25 not to say 30 degrees and the possibility to swim during 6 months of the year (from April to October). You will also enjoy the well-equipped kitchen, its living room opening to the garden by big picture windows and its terraces shaded by mulberry-plane trees.

Location: Lodeve in France

The "clair soleil" villa, south facing, is located on Lodève's hillsides in a residential complex at the outskirts of the city. Lodévois is a land of transition between the Causses and the Hérault valley, at the gates of the Mediterranean; Lodève is close to the mountain and the plain at the same time and a few minutes away from Salagou Lake. You can also discover and visit the biggest Buddhist temple in Europe (Lerab Ling). The great diversity of landscapes and the amazing nature are very appreciated by hikers. In the city, there is something for everybody! Dinosaurs and draper factories, passing by Paul Dardé's sculptures or modern art in the Fleury Museum. Lodève is located 60km on the south of Millau and 58km on the north-west of Montpellier by the20A75 highway (free highway). Our region benefits from a nice sunshine (300 days per year) and very pure air.
