Charming property 300 meters from Callian, a twelfth century Provencial village situated on a hill above the valley of the Pays de Fayenne (Var). The amazing views towards the villages of Montauroux and Callian as well as the valley below will enchant you and surround you in peaceful tranquillity. The 180 square meter single-storey house is built on an acre of terraced land. The living room and American style kitchen make up the 80 square meter main room. There are 3 bedrooms accommodating a maximum of 6 people and a beautiful terrace surrounds the entire house. There is also a large 11 by 5 meter swimming pool. The entire furniture has been renewed during the winter 2008-2009. The sea, in Cannes or St Raphaël is only 25 km away (about half an hour car journey). As well as these well known towns you can enjoy a large variety of mountain and beach walks. The famous Golf of Terre Blanche is located at 2 km..
