It is a new (completed April 2002) luxurious villa set right on the sea front. The ground floor of the villa consists of a very large marble tiled living/dining room with open plan kitchen (full cooker, fridge, dish washer & washing machine) and a shower WC room. The living/dining area opens to large arched terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the villa’s private overflow type swimming pool (6 x 12 meters) surrounded by an extensive sun bathing area and a beautiful garden decorated with rocks. The first floor consists of two direct sea facing bedrooms with balconies (one double and one twin) with en-suite bathrooms and two twin bedrooms with side sea view sharing a shower room. All bedrooms, the living/dining room and kitchen are air-conditioned. The villa has covered parking places for two cars. The villa is fully licensed with the Cyprus Tourism Organisation.

The villa is built on a large plot of about half a hectare and is surrounded by a beautiful garden designed by a landscape specialist. The beach in front is rocky with clear water.
