These two stone-built villas are situated on high ground outside Peyia village. Each of the two villas is constructed on a big plot of land and they are completely independent, each with its own swimming pool surrounded by exotic nature and colourful gardens. Both villas enjoy beautiful views of the shoreline stretching for miles into the distance. Both Santa Maria and Margarita are fully licensed by the Cyprus Tourism Organisation.

The living/dining room with an open plan kitchen opens on a terrace overlooking the coastline. An attractive kidney type 5x10m swimming pool surrounded by a colourful garden is situated next to the terrace.
