Lemonia is a charming, 2 storey, 3 master bedroom villa, built in traditional style with swimming pool in an all-green, extremely peaceful environment with lemon trees and other plantations and excellent mountain and valley views. It is located 25 minutes from Paphos town and 10 minutes from Polis town. Outside there’s a large, covered veranda with arches. It has a wooden roof, 100 % wooden doors and windows (traditional style) with double glasses. Outside patio with barbecue and wash basin are at your disposal. There’s a large swimming pool (10 x 4 m), a parking area and beautiful garden. Ground floor: a large sitting area (with satellite TV, DVD and stereo CD), decorated with local stone, wood and marble; a beautiful traditional chimney, solid seat which can be used as a bed; a spacious kitchen and 1 bedroom with a double bed and shower. An internal staircase leads to the 1st floor: 2 master bedrooms (with bathroom) with 2 single beds each and an open veranda with excellent views

Lemonia Villa is situated in Miliou, a small village in the Paphos area, in Cyprus, 28 km north of the town of Paphos and 12 kilometres south of the town of Polis, both well known tourist areas. Miliou is an amazingly green village with lemon and other citrus trees, other plantations and wild flora. In Miliou there is also an old monastery (Ayioi Anargyri), known for its mineral springs. Miliou, like other small villages in the area is included in the 'Laona' agrotourism program, conceived by Friends of the Earth (Cyprus), which encourages ecologically sound development in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The area is suitable for long walks or cycling. Places of interest in these villages include old churches, mills, cultural centres and traditional taverns. The nearest beaches are in the Polis area in the north (15 minutes by car) and Coral Beach, the finest beach in the Paphos area, 25 minutes to the west. Other places of interest include the Latchi port and Aphrodite's baths.

  • Rates are for 4-7 persons. A discount is made for 1-3 persons, for stays longer than a week and for early bookings, after consultation with the owner. Rates include one cleaning, bed sheet and towel change once a week. There is regular pool maintenance. Arrangements for car rental (including pick-up from airport) can be made.
  • 20 % deposit required upon reservation. Remaining 80 % due a reasonable time before arrival. Air-conditioning not included in above prices. Air-conditioning units are optional and charged 4,00 Euro per unit per day.
  • Free TV with satellite channels, DVD player, radio-CD-player.

Sehr schöner und wunderbarer Ort um abzuschalten.
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet.
Der Ort Mileu liegt zw.Pafos und Polis in einem ruhigen Tal.
Das Schwimmbad war einfach riesig .
Vielen Dank es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Tolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Umgebung

Die Villa "Lemonia" liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage inmitten einer grünen Hügellandschaft in Miliou, einem winzigen kleinen Dorf zwischen Paphos (20 KM) und Polis (10 KM). Ein PKW ist zwingend erforderlich. Von der Villa aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick über die Hügel nach Süden. Die Villa ist neu aber im alten Stil erbaut. Erdgeschoss mit offener Küche, Wohn- und Essraum, einem Schlaf- und einem Badezimmer. Dem Wohnraum ist eine überdachte Terrasse vorgelagert. Davor wiederum der sehr schöne Pool (ca. 4*10 Meter, zwischen 0,90 Meter und 1,70 Meter tief). Im Obergeschoss zwei weitere Schlaf- und Badezimmer. Von den Schlafzimmern aus Zugang auf den Balkon, der über der Terasse liegt und deren Überdachung bildet. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Handtuch- und Bettwäschewechsel nach einer Woche. Poolreinigung regelmäßig. Netter Vermieter. Absolut professionelle und unproblematsische Abwicklung der Formalitäten (Anfahrtskizze, Bezahlung). Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit im winzigen "Supermarkt Helga" in Gioliou ca. 5 KM mit dem Auto. Große Supermärkte mit allem, was man benötigt in Paphos ca. 20 KM mit dem Auto. Einzelne Tavernen in Nachbardörfern oder zahlreicher in Polis ca. 10 KM mit dem Auto. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Haus für Menschen, die die absolute Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit im Urlaub suchen.
