In Dorsoduro, a most desirable and central neighborhood for Venetians and tourists alike, is our three-story house with garden, courtyard, and three small apartments. These flats are a two-minute walk from water transportation, a 15-minute walk from Saint Mark's Square, but away from the crowds and heavy foot traffic. Within five minutes are the daily fish and farmers' markets, restaurants from pizza to fancy, the best ice cream, two supermarkets, bread store, bakeries, fax and copy facilities, internet cafe, art, antiques, old lace. The bright, airy, first-floor apartment is rented for vacations throughout the year. It consists of living dining room, large double bedroom, full kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, dressing room with built-in closet. One of the nicest features is the balcony which, to the owners, is like a second living room. There one can visit with friends, play cards, read, do computer work, eat most meals (weather permitting), and enjoy the garden.
