The property is located on the sea front, in a quiet region away from the main roads but very well accessible by a private road. It is a detached property with a covered veranda area approx. 24 sqm. The property has a saltwater pool constructed of natural rock. The land that the property is situated on is covered by olive trees and some local fauna. The area offers a lot of activities and the sea is welcoming you all year round. The Village of Trikeri is very close, only 6 km away, where you will find all the amenities you will need for your stay and the picturesque island of Trikeri, Agia Kyriaki is only 800 meters away by boat.

Trikeri Village: It is one of the last untouched villages in the region of Pelion Mountain, with approx. 2000 residents all year round, it has various tavernas, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and other amenities. It is completed by two small settlements on the sea known as Agia Kyriaki and Kottes. The Island of Trikeri: It ia a small island with a small settlement frequently visited in the summer by yatchs and is on the main Hydrofoil line to Skiathos. It has many small picture prefect bays for swimming and fishing. Two lovely fish tavernas complete the settlement to give the island a very beautiful classic character, with lush vegetation.
