Situated in the perfect location from which to explore the Cote d'Azur, Villa Shalimar is located above the coast, south facing with sun all day and stunning sea views. Secure behind electric gates with video entry and parking for 6 cars.. There are private sun terraces and a 12 x 4 mtr. swimming pool set in well maintained gardens. A large, elegantly furnished property, with french doors opening onto wonderful terraces with magnificent sea views. The Villa is light and airy, with cool marble tiled floors and pale walls. The attractively coordinated and comfortable bedrooms have wooden parquet floors. Steps to the pool area with its superb private 12 x 4 metre heated infinity pool with latest saline purification, poolside loungers, parasols, dining table and poolhouse with shower changing room and wc. There is also a built in barbeque for enjoying al fresco meals in the lovely garden. The villa is divided into two fully equipped self contained apartments, each with its own entrance.
