Cosy house (110 m2) spread out onto two floors, attached to an ancient Umbrian farmhouse situated near the road that leads to the city of Valfabbrica. Broad view of the hills. Shared with the owner: a very well-kept and equipped lawn (4,000 m2) situated on the opposite side of the road, an irregular-shaped swimming pool (12x6) with outdoor shower and a small football field situated on a level that is slightly above the swimming pool. A very small wooden house which acts as a changing room. The large attached farmhouse, of the same owners', whose interior has not been renovated except for some rooms on the ground floor, is occasionally used by the owners (usually only in August). Parking inside the property with a remote controlled gate. Possibility of going for beautiful walks. DISTANCES: 1.4 km the town of Pianello (grocery shops), 15 km from Assisi and the old city centre of Perugia, 35 km Lake Trasimeno (both free and equipped beaches). Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace and access to a spacious, covered, equipped terrace with table for outdoor dining, kitchen/dining room (TV, oven, dishwasher) comunicating with the living room, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 with bunk beds and a 3rd pull-out bed, WC (washbasin, bidet, WC). Possibility of breakfasts on request and to be paid for on the spot. Complete reasonably comfortable furniture. 3 bikes are available (5 Euro/day/bike). Central heating.
