Set in the Causses du Quercy (Lot) Regional Park A comfortable and traditional self-catering gîte (4-5 persons), in a remarkable setting. Set on the ground floor of a lovingly restored Quercy barn, built in the style of the region. It has a two acre private garden, half enclosed with stone walls and features a stone built Gariotte in the yard. The property is set in a tranquil country hamlet, convenient to all local amenities. The town of Cahors is only 15 Km away. Accommodation: A living room with a large, wood burning, stone fireplace. A fully fitted kitchen including oven, freezer and dishwasher. A large terrace, 2 barbecues, and garden furniture for outdoor eating. To visit : Rocamadour, gouffre de Padirac, medieval town of Cahors and Saint Cirq Lapopie, the Grotto of Pech Merle... Miles of local walks (bikes to rent). Canoe-kayak on the Lot and Célé or take a tour boat on the river Lot. Other sports : Horse riding, caving climbing.
