Little house available, with closed courtyard. The first little house is a studio of 25 m2 with a living room (sofa bed for 2 people), a mezzanine (bed for 2 people) and a courtyard of 10 m2. A second part is 28 m2, has a separate bed room (bed for 2 people), a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and a courtyard of 6 m2. 5 minutes to the central market (19th century, half-timbered house, frontage of the Renaissance period, country produce) ; 10 minutes by foot from the old port and the famous Tours, the two little houses are well situated. 10 minutes by foot from the place de Verdun, bus takes you (and your cycle) every 15 minutes to the Ré island, well known for its beach?s, its patrimony and its nature. Rent a bike for your holydays is possible ; service provider bring the cycle to your location. When your reservation is complete, we have the pleaser to send you some tourist brochure to prepare your trip in La Rochelle.
