This bright, newly furnished flat is situated in a luxury residence equipped with indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna a few yards outside the old city of La Rochelle. The IIe de Ré is 10 mn drive. Beaches and the Old Harbour are 15 mn far by bicycle or bus. You will be able to have a pic-nic or a BBQ in the 3 ha park witch is accessible from the two terraces. It is a quiet location that will ravish the ones looking for a peaceful dwelling place, but it is not far from the motorway and the commercial center. We can pic you up from the airport (8 km). Fine French meals can be prepared on request by the owner. Senior vacationists and small pets are welcome. Please, smoke outside !.
