Our private beach awaits you, and if you have a boat or decide to rent one, we have a private landing stage for your use. Ideal location in the heart of the Alps (45 min from Geneva, 1 hour from Chamonix and Megeve). All amenities nearby. Designed by a renowned architect, the villa mixes the welcoming Savoie style with the rarity of designer furniture, and increases comfort with high-tech appliances. For sports lovers, our villa is right in the midst of all sorts of activities, depending on the season: sailing, water skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, horse riding, summer tobogganing, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding and in winter: mountain skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoe hiking, snowmobile riding and supervised walks.

Our villa is 10 minutes from the centre of Annecy, the old town and its shops. It is 9 miles from Annecy airport, 30 miles from Geneva-Cointrin airport and 90 miles from Lyon Satolas airport. The water front location of the villa on the "sunny side" of the lake makes this an exceptional property. The region is a World Heritage site of outstanding natural beauty and has a rich heritage. You will fall instantly in love with the old town nicknamed The Venice of the Alps, as well as the lake and the labyrinth of the mountains. A paradise for fans of nature, open spaces and sport, all of which is outside the villa's front door. Last but not least the renowned Annecy Lake which is the region's high point, but there are also other good spots mentioned in the Michelin guide such as Eridan de Marc Veyrat hostel in Veyrier-du-Lac or Pere Bise hostel in the splendid Baie de Talloires.
